@ItsJustGerry1 @RikkiMaclean@BBCNews Which if it happens will be lost by the nationalists because of fundamental difficulties in splitting Scotland from the U.K.
@ItsJustGerry1 @RikkiMaclean@BBCNews It will be never, if the Torys are in office they will simply refuse you grant one, if labour are in office support for independence will plummet making the snp not want to hold one.
@Jemandcats @Welsh_Cyber_Nat @JohnnyRnfknR@YesCymru What do you mean? England will behave aggressively to Scotland and Wales militarily? I canβt really see that happening but I can see the relationships being strained by visa issues, borders and trade.
@AntacsB@primewwfc@ArleneFosterUK If they vote to remain in the U.K. do you seriously think that Sinn Fein and nationalists will accept the results? Like the snp they will never ever accept it.
@AntacsB@primewwfc@ArleneFosterUK No of course if they want to remain they are free to do so, and would make me happy to see that, I think the Northern Ireland situation is so toxic though it will be constant thorn in the side of the U.K. for as long as it existsβ¦
@primewwfc@AntacsB@ArleneFosterUK I believe spliting GB into 3 countries to satisfy ultra nationalists would cause horrendous social and economic damage to millions of people, I donβt support Brexit because of the same reason, so Iβd be a hypocrite to support the breaking up of GB.
@midwardsham@Peston It is cynical and itβs a genius ploy be him, if heβs not fined labour still holds the high ground, if he is fined and resigns labour still holds the high ground, while fined Tory pm refuses to go.
@emtee01@ThatTimWalker Iβll never accept GB being spit with a border, I think most pro-union scots wonβt either, you think independence Scotland will be some utopia, sunlit uplands, just like brexiteers, your so wrong.
@SubvertC@RoryStewartUK It is because it would make labour look like the moral party by comparison, led by good people, it would make the conservatives look like corrupt liars.
