@northernassist @northernassist There's nowhere to submit evidence. Only a place to upload your ticket. Automatic compensation says delay is 15-29 mins when delay was actually 40 mins. What do I do now? What do I do if the claim for 30-59 mins delay is refused?

@northernassist The delayed 07:48 Macc to Man Piccadilly didn't stop at Macc today - but the app says it did. Has to catch the 08:17 which itself was delayed. No warning that it wasn't stopping at the station. Nearly missed the next train because of this. Not happy

@northernassist If a northern service from Macclesfield to Manchester Piccadilly is cancelled can I use an advanced single (non-refundable) to take a northern train from a different station, for example Wilmslow to Manchester Piccadilly (as I can get a lift to that station).
