Then your support site. I can't talk to anyone. Your chat function doesn't work. Your guides are out of date. The tools to reset don't work. Why have you made simply logging in so very difficult???

@instagram I can't log in to my account. I try, I'm told the password is wrong. I try to reset it, I get an error message on both app and browser (diff devices). I send a login link, it's expired. I try recovery and enter a code you text me, I'm told the account doesnt exist. WAT
