@AmericanAir On this trip - you’ve rebooked, landed me in a different city, unchecked me so gave up my seat, arrived 4 hours late, and you lost my bag. I have no hotel or luggage. Your reps have a 2+ hour wait. You have dropped the ball on EVERY SINGLE part of this trip.

I’d DM you, but nothing gets done through there. Any other ideas apart from booking with @united?

To go back to my original comment, this is why I didn’t want to “kindly DM,” you left me worse off than I started with, and questions weren’t answered.

@AmericanAir @AmericanAir Here is the result - I was checked out of my flight and have to go to the gate to re-check because I can’t online. You won’t book with another airline (even though there is space), and I can’t arrive to my original destination on the day I was supposed to.

@AmericanAir Your DMs have not answered my questions, have not rebooked with another airline as they did on the way down here, and has not explained why I am not checked in anymore. This is not a rolling conversation - it has been one that just repeats the same thing and accomplishes nothing.

@AmericanAir @AmericanAir I’ve been DM-ing. Completely useless. And they managed to un-check me in. Perhaps help by calling and taking care of this and have someone/something capable of customer service and not making more of a mess?

@AmericanAir I tried again. Your DM system is useless. They suggested the flight I was already switched to. If you manage to lose my bags on this flight, too, you’ll have gone 100% in failure.

@AmericanAir Because of a +45min flight delay and a scheduled tight connection on the itinerary, it looks like I will be missing my flight LHR - CLT. I can’t be stranded in London for an extra day, so please let me know options.
