I realise that this doesn't fall into the Town Council's domain. As you have pointed out there has been a serious failure in the Highways Dept. Singleborough Lane needs to be closed.

@MATatBucks please can you investigate the disaster that is happening in #singleborough where @anglianwater have shut A421 for a month and diverted traffic down single lane over a not suitable for HGV vehicles- Diversion signs all over the place but not in right place! #carpark
