@HackingDave I’ve seen corp folks jump on the Claude bandwagon strictly due to marketing. folks were made aware of the limitations on corporate copilot, and signed up for the anthr subcription because their friend could “do it” with Claude. No one A/B anything. Corp policy was largely ignored
@MatthewBerman Is your data secure? You are sending customer data to the LLM, how do you know if that is safe? If your customers were sending sensitive information PII in an email, do you not need some sort of declaration that all info you sent to X email address may be sent to a 3rd party.

@curi0usJack The majority of commenters here miss the fact that this person is paid to keep stiff running and is actually doing just that. OP is actually making more work for themselves because they feel guilty observing the system running as they are paid to make it run. IT guilt is real.
