@FrontierCare I'm on a chat with one of your reps now. a Marie. She can't find my reservation under my name. When your website shows my name - its very confusing how this is supposed to help your customers.
I thought I would give @FlyFrontier another chance. My mistake. They've cancelled my flight 1 week out. Left with ZERO same day nonstop rebooking options. You blew it @FlyFrontier, you blew it. And the link they sent to change flights, also broken.
code that doesn’t explain the issue. So, I am unable to book flights on your site, app, or anywhere else even though I’m a current PAYING member of your discount den. Clearly not worth the $100 I paid last year. It’s not worth the $50 you want now, if I was allowed to renew!
@FlyFrontier I have been working to book a flight on your site for a couple weeks. Every couple days I try again. I reached out to CS and they are unequipped to help resolve the issue. My 4th time attempting to resolve, CS figured it out.
Your system will not allow someone to
book a flight after their Discount Den membership expires. Even if that expiration date is in the future and before the potentially booked flights will occur. Why don’t you have a way to renew the discount Den membership in the check out process? Instead there’s a basic error
@DowJones how can I get your to cancel print delivery? The people that lived here before seem to be associated with the account and I can’t access it based on address. TIA
