The poor fellows never received even a shilling from the loot. Obore is heartless.

It is clear that Parliament cannot investigate itself.
The President should appoint an independent administrator to take over Parliament’s finances and operations temporarily.
The Adminidtrator should freeze suspicious payments and procurements, secure records and protect evidence, suspend implicated
officials pending investigations.

A Judicial Commission of Inquiry should then be established.
Its mandate should go beyond individual blame to recommending structural reforms to restore Parliament as a public institution.

This cant just be about punishing theft. It has to be about rescuing a captured institution.
