@AsdaServiceTeam I don’t normally complain about customer service at this time of year. I know retail can be stressful. However the attitude of staff on the self service of your Grangemouth store is awful. Where can I put in a full complaint.
@Askscsofas 3 failed attempts to deliver my chair to go with the sofa that was delivered a month ago! No further forward. No returning calls! 2 full days leave ruined to your shockingly bad customer service. How hard is it to know where a chair is and when it will be delivered?
Shocking service from @virginmedia 3 times tried to get return boxes for equipment and nothing sent and now trying to charge £130. Can’t complain as account is shut. What a joke of a company!
@AdmiralUK what a joke of a system you have. 2.5 hours this morning to try and get a quote online didn’t work. Now onto an advisor via the web to do it all again! Complete utter shambles!

@parcelforce That’s incorrect. The delivery was in the area this morning and now on the other side of the city. There’s no chance it’s getting delivered today.
@parcelforce what a shambles of service who has ever heard of a company you can’t speak to someone. 14 parcels I’m waiting on for my business since last week. No one even attempting to deliver.

Shocking customer service from @AXS_UK first cut off online chat then not answering emails and no refusing to refund tickets that’s can’t be used due to restrictions in Scotland with Passports. Shocking and taking advantage of the current situation.
