Additionally when you click other dates you have to go to the start of the queue again. #ColdPlayImpossible

@TicketmasterUK waited from 15k in line for @coldplay tickets, but the queue dropped rapidly around 7k. For a 90k stadium, there should’ve been more tickets. Why not notify us when they’re gone?

@sainsburys no card payments again in your Waterloo station local. One staff member handling cash with a huge queue. A frustrated customer started verbally abusing your staff. You need to do better to support your staff in busy stores.

@Tildarice Why is the quality of the rice in the 5KG bag so poor? Grains are not long and comes out mushy once cooked and throughly washed. Not the first time I’ve read this online. No issue with your microwave pouches.

@o2businessuk Trying to convert from a business account to personal for over 1 month now 4+ hours on the phone and numerous trips to the retail store. Turns out the surname was wrong on the contract so your checks kept failing. Requested PAC code to leave but still no resolution

@o2businessuk @O2 @o2businessuk @o2 Requested PAC codes but only one code arrived attached to all 3 numbers, when it should be a unique code for every number. Can only transfer one number away. Soon I’ll be raising this poor service to @Ofcom
