If you’re thinking about building something with AI, make sure you ask yourself which competitive advantages will enable you to win.

Can you niche down, or iterate super quickly?

Create a super-sticky product?

Do something nobody else can?

But above all, I implore you to ask yourself:

How hard is it to copy what you’ve created?

If all you’ve done is slapped a UI and a couple of prompts on top of someone else’s tech stack, you'll have to either dominate a niche or take far bigger risks.

Humans don't seek opposing viewpoints enough.

This is why AI is so useful.

We can easily ask for contradictory ideas in a safe environment where nobody is actually going to get mad.

Give your content to a bot. Ask it to challenge you and see what happens.

It's disgusting to me what the AI gold rush mentality is bringing out in people.

Some (not all) creators and influencers are selling snake oil for top dollar.
