@WilliamHBrown Could you please remove my property from your site. We have withdrawn from yourselves and despite multiple attempts to get in contact with your Stevenage branch, I'm being ignored. Your customer service is terrible. Please escalate this to whomever can help. Thanks
@khtrammell I'm grateful for you, my friend. As I'm sure many who - like me - have learnt from you are. We need inspiring people in times like these. Keep rocking it! <3 \m/
@virginmedia Fine. Which is why I called up. There's still.not reason to request unrelated credit card details. Over the phone, outside of a PCI environment. I suggest you investigate the incident. I'll talk to regulatory bodies like @Ofcom see what they say. It's unacceptable.
@virginmedia shocking behaviour of your VirginMobile call centre staff requesting credit card details unrelated to the account along with the CVV 'for the record' - it's illegal to store CVVs... I think OFCOM would be interested to hear about your 'processes'
@virginmedia Smells a lot like card details scraping to me. Unnecessary and very fishy. They claimed the other card details on the account didn't 'go through' - yet the Direct Debit is set up.
@virginmedia Card details not related to the account. Every other network will accept a PAC with no issue to transfer a number to an account that's set up. Did a credit check using the details on the account. Why ask for a credit card number? And why ask for the CVV for it 'for the record'?
@virginmedia Trying to transfer a phone number between accounts. It started with 'consent' and went through asking for card numbers and credit card numbers unrelated to the account. Both accounts were already set up with payment details - we were trying to transfer a number.
@ShiningRockSoft I loved Banished. Spent so much time playing it. Can't wait to see what you're working on. However I fear - if you're work is true to form - I may need to take a sabbatical... :)
@CampsHillSchool "Please return this form by 12.00 pm midday, today, to allow us to process this information" - What about those key workers - like my wife - that are at work now? I presume 12.00pm isn't a hard deadline?
@khtrammell It is hard, and I think your medium makes it far harder. As a one-way street -in the first instance- people you're teaching can't stop you to ask questions. You're having to stop and ask yourself, which can be a rabbit hole, I'm sure. Credit where it's due, you do an amazing job.
