A consumer VPN like Nord is not certified, not end-to-end secure, and not built for hostile-state threat actors.

- I moved home, let origional account at previous address. Setup a new account. Order cancelled.
- Called you up and you claimed EE would deal with it. Received nothing.
- Then called and transfered origional account to new address. Home move cancelled.
