This morning, the Samaritan's Purse DC-8 cargo plane departed from our Airlift Response Center in Greensboro, North Carolina—loaded with approximately 40,000 pounds of critical relief supplies and dozens of additional Disaster Assistance Response Team (DART) members bound for Jamaica.

The plane is now airborne, carrying community and household water filters, medical supplies, solar lights, hygiene kits, cooking sets, shelter materials, and more—life-saving aid for families devastated by Hurricane Melissa.

Last week, I was so thankful to be a part of these three home dedications in Burnsville NC. The families of these new homes lost everything during Hurricane Helene, yet their faith did not waiver. Now, @SamaritansPurse has handed over the keys to the homeowners and we are so grateful to watch them settle in. We pray that the bold faith of these families would not cease and that through this God would receive all the glory.
