@FedExHelp@FedEx this issue still hasn't been resolved. Your ground team have been scheduled 3 times last week to pick up an item. Each time, they failed to show up.
@FedEx your pick up service is basically fraudulent. I’ve scheduled two pick ups this week and both times , no one has turned up. I’ve spent hours on the phone and even went in store to organize it, they just pointed me back to the customer service team who make false promises
@FedExHelp Thank you for re-scheduling the pick up for today - guess what? The person you sent wasn't able to pick up the parcel because they were from the 'wrong team'. Shambles
@SkyUK - Just took 10mins to reach an agent to tell them I need to cancel my subscription whilst I go abroad for a few months. The agent I'm connected to says hello and then buggers off on a tea break! Essentially I have to wait at my screen for your agent to finish their lunch!
Huge shout-out to @im_asl@jamessnider and @eltintero for sharing their expertise on B2B cold email in our group today
They shared screens, and walked us through the real-life systems they use to power sales at multi-million dollar B2B companies.
Follow them for great insights
ANNOUNCEMENT: I'm back.
Last July I founded a new startup. Today I'm sharing it with the world.
It's called Hampton: a highly vetted membership community for entrepreneurs, founders and CEOs.
Why launch a community? I'll explain + why it'll be huge biz.
@stephenolmon Agreed. The topic of convo literally came up yesterday hence my curiosity. Someone in my team shared this https://t.co/jCJ4bWSoZo (haven’t read it yet and have no affiliation but apparently it’s worth a read!)

@MCJsays @jockpurtle @girdley Thanks for the insight Mike. To clarify - did GMs typically have sales backgrounds? Or backgrounds in other areas? Or did they tend to have been GMs in their previous role?
