@FreddieScovell@brianmoore666 Freddie the reality is every businessman I have spoken to who deals with Europe describes the effects of Brexit as overhwhelmingly negative... for some it is inconvenient for many disastrous. Any change must result in winners and losers of course but is there a single winner?

What do you mean its not Brexit of course its Brexit... we have just done our first European art fair... queues, checks, red tape, frustration... you were right the first time when you voted remain Liz
Russia loses the opportunity to host the UEFA Champions league final. Would Putin take this snub lightly? Or would he urge his online propaganda machine to disrupt the spectacle by flooding the market with fake tickets and by sending agent provocateurs to stir up trouble...?
Parliament Square filling up https://t.co/7WQihzqHZu via @BBCNews When did we become so rude and ignorant that behaviour such as this is considered OK - I feel embarrassed to be British and to share a nationality with Farage and these idiots #brexit
This has made me cry. I have never, ever been more ashamed to be British. Hard to think of a greater affront to those who died for our country. @BorisJohnson, are you proud of what you have achieved? This would not have happened without you
@DavidLammy Thank you David for being eloquent and educated and making me proud to be British. Mr Ferris it’s best if you return to whatever ignorant swamp you crawled out of:
Labour Peer Lord Adonis reads out Boris Johnson’s explanation of why the UK should stay in the EU, which he wrote before the Brexit referendum.
The Conservative leadership hopeful famously penned both pro-Leave and pro-Remain articles to help him decide which side to take.
Turning their backs on an anthem, jeering and making ridiculously naive speeches - Brexit MEPs are behaving like spoilt brats - they should all be ashamed.
“There is a pattern consistent throughout history of oppressed people turning on the oppressors. Slaves against their owners. The peasantry against the feudal barons.”
Brexit Party MEP Ann Widdecombe makes her maiden speech in the European Parliament.
Sorry if this is obvious but it’s been bugging me & I get it now: the people who thought the EU would wave through everything we asked for *because we’re English* think that other markets will give us brilliant trade deals *because we’re English*. It’s always about exceptionalism
The idea that Britain's trade with the rest of the world is being limited in the EU is absolutely bonkers. This new deal with Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay creates a market for 800 million consumers. Does anyone seriously think Boris Johnson could do better?
Welcome and significant to see @OwenJones84 unambiguously back a PV with Remain.
It won't be easy but this is our last chance to unite the party and save the country.
Let's kick off the campaign for hope, internationalism and reform before it is too late.
Jeremy Corbyn went on holiday in the referendum, he has defied his members and refuses to wholeheartedly back a #PeoplesVote and has repeatedly said he wants to deliver Brexit. Jeremy Corbyn is a Brexiteer. #JoinJo
That new Boris Brexit plan in full :
* Leave "come what may" on 31/10
* Rip up deal EU spent 3 years negotiating
* Agree new deal giving us no tariffs & no backstop & them less money
* Hope Brussels, EU 27 & MPs find some "positive energy" & don't say "you've got to be kidding"
Absolutely beggars belief
In what world does it make sense - having declared a #ClimateEmergency - to make measures to address the emergency more expensive?
VAT on solar-battery systems to rise from 5% to 20%, while tax on coal will stay at lower rate https://t.co/iAlJtXSsJN
