March 17th 🍀 "Changing of the Guard" in SPB - New Mayor & 3 Councilmembers are seated. A contentious election produced a new majority, who got right to work changing priorities from day one. Happily, much appreciation was expressed for the current Town Manager (guess who?)

The South Palm Beach Town Council voted (5/13) unanimously to proceed on the 2-story version Town Hall & Community Center presented by CPZ Architects. We now can move closer toward the final design and engineering toward building a signature new town hall complex and campus.
