From a quick search online I don’t see any direct ties with the current broker. But certainly seems like the same pattern. Feel free to DM me the name from the other deal. The executive session that’s the most concerning is the one they held the day AFTER the contract was signed to discuss the real estate dealings. The deal was inked, so they have no standing to hide that in executive session, from what I understand. The vote only came two weeks later and the agenda item was not sufficient under the open meeting act to notify the public that they were spending $75.8 Million for property for a jail near schools. It’s baffling they think any of this is okay.
