Who else remembers in 2020 when trump claimed if Joe Biden is elected, "the stock market will crash."🤚
Wrong again, Spanky. It just hit 37,000 for the 1st time in U.S. history. 💪🇺🇸
FUN FACT: If you've been placed on hold, and they're playing a non-stop loop of "Don't Worry, Be Happy" while you sit on hold for 20 minutes, you definitely WILL worry and you WON'T be happy.
UNREAL: Donald Trump could have completely avoided the serious legal dilemma he is in with the classified documents indictments, but he rejected the advice of his lawyers in favor of non-legal advice from non-lawyer Tom Fitton.
Tom Fitton is the head of a group called Judicial Watch, but by no means should he be confused with a lawyer. The conservative commentator heads a group that engages in filing Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuits and other civil litigation, but he is not a lawyer.
Despite that fact, Trump chose to listen to Fitton's advice that said it was totally legal and totally cool for him to keep documents that he wasn't entitled to keep and to fight the DOJ.
Ironically, Fitton lost a lawsuit in 2012 in which he tried to have audio recordings made by President Clinton designated as presidential records and for the National Archives take custody of the recordings -- this was the "Clinton Socks case" Trump mentioned recently as precedent for his legal standing.
Do you think Trump should start taking the advice of actual lawyers he may or may not be paying, or should he keep listening to non-lawyer Tom Fitton?
Good morning and Happy Thursday to everyone who agrees that with indictments raining down on trump, Tucker Carlson being fired and now sued by Fox News, and Republicans in disarray, 2023 is off to a good start.
MORE OF THIS, PLEASE.
BREAKING: Former VP Mike Pence is trying to prove that he actually has a spine, telling a crowd in Iowa "I had no right to overturn the election" as he looks to bolster his presidential hopes.
He's absolutely right: he did not have any right to overturn the election.
But Mike Pence will NEVER be President.

BREAKING: Donald Trump's attorneys are meeting with officials at the Department of Justice today leads legal experts to believe that Special Counsel Jack Smith's investigation is near a charging conclusion, and that Trump might be offered a plea deal to dodge jail time.
"The smart move here for Trump is a guilty plea to a misdemeanor if DOJ will offer one & a felony with no jail time if they won't," said former U.S. Attorney Joyce Vance, adding that Trump would have to admit wrongdoing under oath in court for a plea deal to be accepted, something he has not done before.
Would you be satisfied with Trump accepting a plea deal and not doing any jail time, or would you prefer to see him go to trial and possibly escape any conviction whatsoever?
Rep. Jamie Raskin is a courageous and principled person, and he'd make a FANTASTIC Senator. He's deciding whether or not to run.
I'd vote for him if I could.
Would YOU?
