That's frustrating. This was my first SFF build and it generally went well except for dealing with the riser cable that shipped with the NCASE. I would share my detailed account that I posted on reddit, but I just noticed the comment was deleted by a moderator. Not sure why. Regardless, I ended up using the following cable from LINKUP:

However, that specific PCIe riser cable is not fully compatible with the NCASE PCIe 5 riser bracket because both screw holes do not line up, only one screw hole does. The following picture demonstrates this:

If that tradeoff is acceptable, using the LINKUP cable will allow the NCASE lid to close without any issue.

Does your case lid shut properly? I too have the same case (purchased from https://t.co/DhrT5mBLy1 not https://t.co/5kvDpg9MUp) with the new NCASE PCIe 5 riser cable, and I could not get it to bend enough to allow the case lid to shut properly. I ended up using a different PCIe 5 riser cable from LINKUP.
