Thanks to 2026 Super Bowl Champion and @NFL Offensive Player of the Year, @Seahawks WR @jaxon_smith1, and his brother, @CanaanSmith_ for coming out to the Stadium tonight! 🏈x⚾️
The NFL quickly collected a fine for the dunk celebration, then used those same images for promotion.
The Offensive Player of the Year was turned into a comedy segment with Druski, minimizing an award earned through elite performance and hard work.
NFL Honors never acknowledged the poor representation of one of the league’s top individual awards.
The “prestigious” ceremony didn’t even air the pre-recorded acceptance speech.
After months to prepare and ship the award, the only offensive player selected received a Defensive Player of the Year trophy.
At some point, professionalism, respect, and attention to detail should matter.
Flowers 💐 of the week goes to: Mo Kelly, Seattle Seahawks VP. I’ve never seen someone make such a positive impact on people’s lives, and the world really doesn’t know about it. Mo has looked out for folks when nobody knows, and nobody is watching. 🫡
From bold prediction to Lombardi trophy. The climb doesn’t stop at the top. What’s next for the Super Bowl Champion? Jaxon Smith-Njigba joins The Reset. #Seahawks#JSN
You took away a moment that will never happen again (A first time winning Offensive Player of The Year). You were foul in public trying to apologize in private.
Jaxon Smith-Njigba is getting ready for the biggest game of his life, and so is his family.
He may play 2,500 miles away from the Shoe now, but his mom brings her lucky Buckeye to every game.
She said it will be in her pocket Sunday as she cheers on JSN in the Super Bowl:
Seahawks DE DeMarcus Lawrence was asked about Bad Bunny’s halftime show and the importance to Spanish speaking people.
“We have so many cultures and ethnic backgrounds in America, I think it’s time to start embracing all of them … that’s what really makes America great.”
VERY COOL: #Seahawks All-Pro WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba and #Broncos Pro Bowler Marvin Mims were CHILDHOOD FRIENDS as highly touted prospects.
JSN and Mims met playing basketball and would play against each other in tournaments throughout their childhood.
In 2019, they both led their teams in yards, and were both on the cusp of breaking the state of Texas’s career receiving yardage record.
Now, they are both one game away from facing each other in the Super Bowl.
Pretty cool.
