@cj225devs Still coughing and congested but much better. His breathing is normal and he’s been playing . Can’t really get him to eat but he’s drinking so overall much better. Hoping it stays that way.

My son is super sick. Tested negative for RSV but has labored breathing and is just constantly crying when he’s awake. Pediatrician told us to monitor it and that if it gets worse take him to the ER. I’m a nervous wreck and just keep crying because I feel helpless.

@jacques_jams Luckily he slept through the night once I finally got him down and is still sleeping. I didn’t get much because I kept waking up to check the monitor but I’ll survive lol

@SkooterMcGaven I’m sorry you’ve been dealing with this a lot. I am dreading the winter because it’s his first year at daycare so I’m expecting everything lol. Luckily he slept through the night and still is sleeping so hopefully we are a bit better today.

@cj225devs Yes! We have been doing that on and off all day. We have also been just trying to get him to sleep as much as possible because when he’s awake he’s miserable.

@ethics13 Ugh that’s awful. We have the humidifier going and we have been trying to keep him hydrated. He has no fever and his oxygen levels were good earlier so hoping that stays the same.

@SkooterMcGaven The pediatrician told us pneumonia is going around too. He’s in daycare so who knows what he’s picking up. I just feel bad because I feel helpless. We are hoping to get through the night to see how he is in the AM and we will go from there.

@cj225devs Thank you! It’s so awful this is our first real illness. He’s had fevers, colds, hand foot and mouth but this is by far the worst and I am so drained and I feel so bad for him.

@ethics13 That’s the issue is he’s only 14 months so we don’t know. I literally have an alarm set throughout the night to check on him. Hoping we can make it through the night and if it’s still bad tomorrow or worse we will take him.
