@baseballifer11 then majority of the mechanical issues the instructor sees will be fixed on their own. How can you do something in a swing or throw if you aren’t strong enough to perform that movement .
@baseballifer11 I thought this was a rhetorical question until I saw the responses. The answer is athletic movements and reps. Kids that are pre-pubescent can’t change a lot of “mechanical flaws”. Strength level and movement patterns create mechanics. Work on strength and athletic movements. 👇

Speaking with good buddy @jamieVELOevans He brought up some good points. The younger generation that got trophies for all participation are now starting to become adults. You aren’t owed anything. You compete your whole life. Participating doesn’t = reward.
@wjeffpetty Use it or lose it! Bullpens are good to work on things but competition shows who you are on the inside, which is the biggest difference maker in being good or great. Bullpens can’t create stress reaction like games!
@wjeffpetty@FCSEagleBasebal Nicely done, but to get great cross cross grill marks turn the chicken long ways as well. Court will notice and be super impressed!!
