I grabbed the chair and we pushed her towards our next gate as an employee came up yelling for her to get out of their transport chair and to keep walking!!!

@AmericanAir dropped the ball tonight. Was flying from Miami to Columbus when one of the engines quit/caught fire. They made us turn around and go back to Miami. No biggie, safety first. When we landed, I was told to wait for our stroller.

Stood there waiting when an employee came out of nowhere yelling for me to go to the next gate. Then there were no wheelchairs. My grandmother is 81 years old and walked until I finally found a transport chair off to the side.
