看清楚现在自己是在这个系统的哪一环，扮演什么样的角色，收益点和风险点都是什么。这个系统在往哪里走，迁移的方向和规律是什么，如何让自己走到系统核心环节。

所谓的认知不过是在这个混沌的世界里尽可能保持清醒。但没有人能永远清醒。你只需要比昨天多清醒一点点。

人生难得是清醒。

2. The Liquidity Trap. For cross-border use cases like remittance, liquidity is everything. But where will it come from? You can provide it yourself or attract early liquidity providers with high staking APRs, but that's a high-risk game. We all saw what happened to some USD stablecoins recently. Unsustainable yields are a ticking time bomb.

As the web3 market cools down, I found some time to pen down some thoughts after various projects.

Building a regional stablecoin isn't just a tech challenge; it's an uphill battle against entrenched economic and social realities. If you're entering this space, here are four challenges you can't afford to ignore.

1. The User Adoption Paradox. Your target is the unbanked, but reaching them brings massive, unexpected user education costs. The only way forward is to eliminate friction entirely. Don't just build an app; embed your stablecoin where your users already are. A Telegram miniapp is a good start. Find the dominant social platform in your region and leverage it relentlessly to scale.

Will keep the sharing going, slowing market is best time for everyone to reflect and learn.

3. The Tech vs. Ops Tightrope. Your technical setup defines your operational burden. A centralized stablecoin is heavy on operations but lighter on tech. A decentralized one is the opposite, demanding deep technical expertise while forcing you to navigate a fine and ever-shifting regulatory line. Choose your poison carefully.
