We just moved. Yeah it sucks to give up a good rate. What sucks even more is spending your kids’ entire childhood in a state of anticipation waiting for some highly optimized market scenario that may never come.
Homes are an investment, yes, but they are first and foremost a backdrop for the one and only life that is quickly passing you by. Don’t be dumb, but don’t let these real estate dorks paralyze you. Life is meant to be lived, not constantly overanalyzed.
Murray St. making it to Omaha is one of the best stories in college sports. This is their stadium it holds 800 people. Their head coach Dan Skirka literally cuts the grass.
Gotta feel good for those guys.

Got to see @LouisvilleFB QB Tyler Shough play live/called his games 2x in ‘24.
Talked with Jeff and Brian Brohm about him.
Talked with the young man.
Studied his tape…, where he consistently made nothing but #NFL caliber throws. And he did that the last two days in practice in Mobile at the @seniorbowl as well.
He is being overlooked. But he won’t be anymore. As I said on TV today…if he can play in a system/for a coach like McVay at the #Rams, he has starting ability in the league.
My dad was honored at the Louisville game today becuase he hasn’t missed a single home game in 40 years. Afterwards Pat Kelsey went out of his way to send him this. Pat Kelsey is one of a kind, so glad he’s our coach. #GoCards
