@ElfieSlay @switchhalf I think it might be standard practice in several places. I didn’t have any after my c-section and didn’t feel like I needed them at all! I had pretty much no pain. 🤷🏼‍♀️

@KF_Edwards Places where you can try out all the different baby carriers/slings and find what works for you/your baby. There are sling consultants too! Baby wearing is game changing - highly recommend
