I worked at a freestanding emergency department in Berkeley County for 2 years. It was wild. Lots of farm accidents. Also saw a fair share of STEMIs, strokes, respiratory distress, and other emergencies such as status epilepticus, tension pneumothorax, volvulus. 1/
