@TeamYouTube The sound came back after a while, then cut out again and now is back. I’m sorry, I can’t figure out how to get to stats for nerds on my TV. I can tell you that we have Sunday Ti+ket and are watching the Lions-Saints game that way. We’re in New Jersey.
@VerizonSupport No. The light is green. And here’s the thing, when I gave up on chat and called the support number, I was told that a line was cut in my area and lots of people were without service. So I assumed it would be on the website, but it’s not
@VerizonSupport your chat tool is horrible. And how come your website says there are no outages, yet we’ve had no FIOS service for two days? Phone rep says a line was cut in NJ — why doesn’t the web say that?
@VerizonSupport Yes. It says no outages. And I spent more than two hours on chat and then the person just disappeared. I also was supposed to have a technician come out and the person never showed. Totally disgusted with your customer service right now
