Airbnb told the host this was “guest damage,” then told me it was “external and not covered.” Both cannot be true. The handling has been inconsistent and unfair. I need senior review before my review window closes tomorrow.

This wasn’t just inconvenience – it was a hygiene and safety risk. We had a walking one-year-old baby in our group, with sewage overflow on the driveway, rodent droppings, and open holes inside the villa grounds.

The government are failing children with their poor funding and support of schools.
