@sbrnamllr @drivingmemadi Like breathing, I have a deep breathing app I use that gives me a reminder once a day, and even if I don’t do the breathing w the app I will take a second to breathe when I see the reminder

Last night I told my 8 year old cousin that I was going to start a new job as a therapist. He asked a few questions and then said “you’re perfect for that job, that’s why you’re so nice” and I guess that’s validation enough that I am where I should be
