@British_Airways why do you keep your customers on hold for 10 minutes. Answer the phone, say nothing and just hang up?

@CadburyUK @DairyMilkIn @bbcgoodfood @WeAreTheFSA @sainsburys - Purchased at one of your stores Sainsbury’s, hopefully you are more interested in this than Cadburys,, not one despite !!! @WeAreTheFSA how do we deal with this ?

[Jamie MacDonald @JamieMacDonald7]

@AvivaUK wow … 25 minutes in a live chat, and just like that Anathi cuts me off dead and leaves me high and dry, as it’s home time !!!

[Jamie MacDonald @JamieMacDonald7]

Inspired by @Rick_Stein to make his Saffron Buns on a sunny day. Can’t wait to try’s these.

[Jamie MacDonald @JamieMacDonald7]

@qvcuk that moment your Evri delivery arrives damaged and QVC tell you it’s going to be 30 days to get you a replacement. :(

[Jamie MacDonald @JamieMacDonald7]

@ticketek_uk Just to add @ticketek_uk having this as “upto date information “ on your website is not filling me with confidence, especially with two of the dates in the past

[Jamie MacDonald @JamieMacDonald7]

@ticketek_uk Girls aloud tickets for Saturday at the 02 and still. No conformation of dispatch… 3 emails to CS and no response ?

[Jamie MacDonald @JamieMacDonald7]

@ticketek_uk Hi @ticketek_uk be nice to get a response here… just 5 days to the concert … 3 emails, 2 messages on here and not one response … I wouldn’t say that’s great customer service, would you ?

[Jamie MacDonald @JamieMacDonald7]

[Jamie MacDonald @JamieMacDonald7]

@oasiscentral_ @TheStruts @oasis @liamgallagher @BoneheadsPage @TonyMcCarrolls @NoelGallagher I always thought Supersonic is one of those songs that shouldn’t be covered, but I absolutely love this. 👏

@WestHamXtra Such a good lad, professional, respectful and only 24. Wherever his next move is, so proud of him and everything he has achieved at / for West Ham.

[Jamie MacDonald @JamieMacDonald7]

@OasisMania @NoelGallagher @NoelGallagherJp Easy now for me. I do like We’re going to get there in the end, but with that one I prefer the simplicity of the demo version… My favourite album of his since the first, maybe because it’s closer to the Oasis Noel.
