Finally got my first Seedance 2.5 clip right using @runwayml. Pinned a first and last frame, asked for a slow drift, and the model just cross-dissolved one into the other. Fix: match the camera speed to the distance between your frames, and demand parallax... foreground objects sweeping past the lens and out of frame. A dissolve can't fake that. Same two frames, same 15 seconds. Used YAML prompt sections inside:
