@GuidoFawkes I don’t want to get in the way of a good story but it probably has more to do with the Business rate’s revaluation this year and the extra work with all the appeals against it.

@DanNeidle 1 In my experience (ex surveyor) most LL want a tenant and are realistic on rents. Holding an empty property is not cheep.
2 agreed (as an aside i almost failed my surveyor exams as i had not adjusted a rent comp to take into account a charity didn’t pay
