Desperately after a Jack White ticket for Fri (London) or Sun (Brighton). Have sold and given away spares before so hoping some of that Third Man karma sees me right. Any leads let me know! #jackwhite#tickets#hope
@ThomasK71808081 @catdecal@McIlroyRory@zysman23 You are right, golf is the best sport. probably why we all passionately talk about it. Good luck with the bombs 💣
@AtriotLvp@catdecal@McIlroyRory@zysman23 Thanks for finding and sharing. The article itself states It's missing the big reason why a distance gain of 10 yards or more was made/lost. How much of that is down to change in technique rather than just gain/loss of distance through equipment change or fitness?
@spencer_cooper@areaberbeabaerb@catdecal@McIlroyRory@zysman23 Firstly, mr average needs to work on putting as is shocking!! The argument isn't that golfers won't suffer, it just won't be a lot and most will barely notice (the non Arccos brigade). We lose at least 10 yards in the winter here and you get on with it as same for everyone
@JSMilly_2@catdecal@McIlroyRory@zysman23 No, because drivers are much easier to hit 😂
It's not that distance doesn't matter. It's that 5-10 yards won't make much difference and ultimately it's the same challenge for all still
@clintwestmetal@catdecal@McIlroyRory@zysman23 Rory's argument is it'll be such a small change it will barely be noticed or affect scores and enjoyment. Your point is an argument for rollback. Diminishing number of skills required to succeed. Much harder for the shorter, straigter, elite short game player to compete
