@TLRailUK Does "doing their best" include telling customers a train is two mins from Elstree when it's not even set off from its initial location? And doing so several times? Someone has had to make the decision to update departure boards with plainly false information. That's their best?
@TLRailUK This was at Borehamwood but it's not really relevant. I'm not asking for info on train times, I'm asking why your company can't communicate with its customers. I've now just been turfed off at Kentish Town with hundreds of others, told to switch platform and then to go back. Why?
@TLRailUK Why are there three services showing as coming when the station staff are telling me they're cancelled, and the next train isnt until 12:47? Why are you promising trains that aren't coming, keeping people waiting when they could seek alternative routes?
@AlexSmith_123 Congrats, Alex! I was wanting to send you some West Ham related news actually, so can I please grab your email? Or follow so we can DM? Thanks!
@FootballCliches I never thought I'd ask this but after a convicted hate preacher was described as taking on a '"caretaker role" at an Islamist group (see example from BBC below), is there any area in life where the term "caretaker manager/leader/boss" cannot be used?
Shared some words with @therealprmoment about the very public spats between Premier League managers and TV pundits. Give it a read! https://t.co/rReEe9AGSs
@FootballCliches@CDEccleshare@D_C_W Given Luke Littler's debut in the World Darts Championship last night aged just 16, surely the rules dictate that he *must* have a school exam today? #DartsCliches
Hi @JimBethell.
You seem to have mysteriously discovered access to your text messages from 2020.
Now you’ve finally found them, will you be sending them all to the Covid inquiry? 🍿
Six years later, this is still one of the campaigns I am most proud of. Such a clear example of the power of PR, getting a relatively unknown sportsman to second on @BBCSPOTY
With @BBCSPOTY tonight, throwback to 2017 when we campaigned for @jonathanrea to win - he ended up runner-up to Mo Farah on 80,000 votes, beating Harry Kane, Anthony Joshua & others.
The next year, the BBC changed the rules to votes-on-the-night only 🤷♂️

@Dubstep1988@GBNEWS It took me all of thirty seconds of Googling to find an instance of the BBC using the term recently btw. "Homegrown Terrorist: The Manchester Attack" aired in March. It legitimises attacks on Jews, and while GB News take a 'silly approach, this isn't a laughing matter
@Dubstep1988@GBNEWS Never thought I'd side with GB News but I think I'd rather journalists called actual terrorists 'terrorists' than stick a reporter in a war zone. Failure to do so provides legitimacy for their actions and gives confidence to antisemites - it does A LOT of damage and isn't trivial
The countdown is on! We’ll be closing registrations for the PR Cup this Friday 20th October, so if you want to get your team in, now’s the time 🏆
We’re also proud to announce our new ⚽️ sponsor for the tournament… @YOLOComms 🙌
