@SW_Help what’s going on with the 8:05 from Walton?

[Jamie Simons @jamiesimons]

@AvantiWestCoast why did you cancel the 9:59 from Euston to BNS tomorrow? Had trains booked for months and you cancel it night before - your service is continually atrocious

[Jamie Simons @jamiesimons]

@AvantiWestCoast That’s helpful but is there a reason why e.g engineering works stopping trains? Would be good to know so we can actually plan ahead

[Jamie Simons @jamiesimons]

@AvantiWestCoast When are you going to put tickets on sale for 29 May?? Every other day until mid June is available

[Jamie Simons @jamiesimons]

@leehead460 Without any clothes on....

[Jamie Simons @jamiesimons]

@LookfantasticCS I made an order for two items and was expecting it to be delivered together. I am now moving house and want to cancel one item - tried going through chat and had no response.

[Jamie Simons @jamiesimons]

@SAS It has now been over 6 months since refund request - any progress?

[Jamie Simons @jamiesimons]

@SAS I requested a refund for a cancelled flight on 9th April - 4 months later, nothing. When will I be refunded? The service is appalling

[Jamie Simons @jamiesimons]

@SAS I appreciate the reply but do you have any expected timescales for resolution?

[Jamie Simons @jamiesimons]

@EastMidRailway We were meant to be travelling to Sheffield this weekend but at short notice you’ve stopped trains - can i use the tickets on Grand Central/LNER? If not how Can I get a refund

[Jamie Simons @jamiesimons]

@TravelodgeUK Thanks Zack - have followed up with one final point and then everything sorted

[Jamie Simons @jamiesimons]

@TravelodgeUK Hi - please look at my DM sent on Tuesday - haven’t been able to get through by phone!

[Jamie Simons @jamiesimons]

@TravelodgeUK Hi please can you answer my DM in relation to a booking this Saturday

[Jamie Simons @jamiesimons]

@HeathrowAirport It would be helpful if you make planes park somewhere where you need a bus, you actually have enough buses waiting....Standard dreadful service

[Jamie Simons @jamiesimons]

@TravelTrolleyUK I would like to investigate changing the return leg of a flight and can’t do it through BA/you aren’t answering your phones - how can I do this?

[Jamie Simons @jamiesimons]

@ALDO_Help Order 346663210 - you sent me an email confirming receipt at Brent Cross shop, I go there and I’ve been told that it’s been sent to Oxford Street with no apology or explanation, your service is appalling - can you guarantee my shoes are there?!

[Jamie Simons @jamiesimons]

@British_Airways what’s the story with BA0005? Any chance the hour delay will disappear?

[Jamie Simons @jamiesimons]

@northernline Your service is abysmal - why even run the trains if you force people to wait in a tunnel for 15 mins

[Jamie Simons @jamiesimons]

@HomeOfCricket Do the usual Lords ground regulations re what you can bring in apply to CWC games?
