I tried to coach you up the last time “nightshade vegetables” came up on the pod. Tom Brady doesn’t eat these veggies because their big leaves cast a “nightshade” over the fruits. Sugar loaded vegetables need protection from the sun. Big leaves = Big sugar @adamcarolla @Dameshek

a 'nightshade' vegetable (squash, zucchini, etc.) is hidden from the sun at all times by the large leaves of the plant. The fruits of the plant are 'shaded' 24/7. @adamcarolla @phillipstutts veggies w/ constant sun exposure produce more nutrients than ones w/ leafy 'nightshade'
