The only option from there is to contact customer service - and around in circles we go. All the while you charge me every month for prime that I can’t use. My next step is the ombudsman if you don’t fix this
@AmazonHelp you locked my account last year, I call customer service who contact your specialist team who then email me saying it’s resolved and to reset my password to get back in my account - which I can’t because the accounts locked
