@HathwayBrdband have been chasing your executives since 3 days straight to no avail. Constantly facing a server disconnection issue where wifi is connected but there's no internet. Been given false assurances of call backs. NEED A RESOLUTION ASAP! Ridiculously shitty service.
@IKEAIndia Hi, I'd ordered a curtain rod. Have received all the fixtures EXCEPT THE ROD ITSELF. Raised this query with your team ALMOST A MONTH BACK but there has been no resolution yet. This is causing major inconvenience and I'd appreciate if you'll could sort this out ASAP!!!!
@AJIOLife this sucks! This is where I'm stuck since HOURS. Faced the same issue yesterday as well, only to find all the things I wanted were "Out of Stock" when I tried a few hours later. Ridiculous!!
@dominos_india why accept an order when you cannot deliver in the area? And then have the nerve to notify a customer after 1 hour or waiting that the food cannot be delivered even though it is ready? To a location that is 15 minutes away??
@HathwayBrdband Look at the desperate efforts customers are making to speak to support staff!! Emails are unanswered, numbers not functional! Can someone please connect me to an actual helpful exec. Need to renew my plan and need assistance ASAP. Making customers chase you is ridiculous.
