Got asked to provide second opinion. BMI 50, 99% mRCA also, normal EF. Looking forward to suggestions. Preserved EF. Will definitely fix RCA, but should we medically manage left? If not culotte into LCX and LAD jailing ramus using IVUS and rescue as needed. Opinions welcome
