26 yr old RN with SOB and Palp. Echo shows AV shunt from Aorta to RA. Echo shows a strange jet from the back of the RA through the Tricuspid valve. Angio to determine size. CTA showed 10-12 mm AV shunt. RHC shows 25% of CO going through shunt. What’s next?@SAIFSanAntonio
@ALodha_md I am a huge radial fan and do more than half my cases radial. When I see this, I know the inominate and aorta and just as twisted and hostile. Hugevsuppoet issues. Angles not easy from anywhere!!!
@HeartOTXHeartMD Last pt denied any cardiac history at all. Asked what he did for a living and he said he had to retired after his coronary bypass surgery!?!?! Didn’t recover enough to go back to construction!!!😳🙄🙄🙄
