She was found to have total occlusion at origin of PT. We got. via right AT and perform atherectomy balloon angioplasty to right PT, and planta arc

Angio: 90% dSFA, 100% pAT, 80% pPT, diffuse mild stenosis of peroneal artery. PTA to SFA, #csi360 to AT and PTA to PT.
