Introverts don't hate socializing, they just love being at home. Cozy & comfortable. No people. No drama. Just low-key chilling. Reading. Meditating. Listening 432 Hz music. Staring at walls. Thinking about life. All alone. For them, it's self-care. But you won't get it.

Here's what I envy about Gen Zs: if they think the work is out of their scope, they can easily set boundaries w/o guilt. I think millennials are so conditioned that we just need to do a great job all the time, then eventually we'll be rewarded.
Guess what? Rewards rarely come.

On a personal note my 2023 was a struggle not everyone knew but it has taught me a lot about discernment and literally choosing to be the better person and that faith over fear works. Grateful always. Have a strong 2024 everyone!
