Just had my 6 month update with my surgeon. She said I’m on track and I’ll be able to play this summer. I’m excited to get back!

5.5 months since ACL surgery. PT 2-3 days every week. Can’t wait to get back to softball work. Back squat 105 for 4 reps today (before surgery 200lbs) and trap-bar dead lift 115 for 8 reps. I’m excited for what the future holds for me! @SorcererB_E16U @RocklinSoftball
