Flying @AmericanAir is awful! I “missed” my flight at 12:41 because it literally took off over 20 minutes early. They booked me for a 5:31 flight that is now delayed because of “leaking” checks. I’ve been here all day! & to top it off? I’m boarding in Group 8 as a punishment.
