These are very good points.
One thing I want to add...
If Isreal can do something to have God permanently turn His back on it, so can you.
Think about that.
None of us start with faith in Christ. All of us are sinful and betrayed Him.
If Isreal is "too sinful" to be saved by God, so are you.
Salvation becomes impossible.
Scripture is clear, the nation is currently in partial blindness, but God has set aside a remnant He will save after the time of Jacob's Trouble where they will see that Jesus is the Messiah they missed and turn to Him as a nation in repentance.
