@marksandspencer ordered flowers for Mother’s Day and they were delivered but were damaged, mouldy and slimey. Very disappointing as was expecting a lovely bouquet to be delivered to my mum for Mother’s Day.

@McDonalds tried to use app this morning but it said payment not processed so went in and got food. Have since had an email saying I have been charged. Can you refund? Already sent DM but not response

@RoyalCaribbean They told me to contact you directly because you are the company who determined the price used for the calculation of the refund.

@British_Airways I’ve had a notification to say my flight in Feb has been cancelled and I have been rebooked onto a later fight. Can I just get a refund instead?

@Tesco I am going to be placing an order for a holiday cottage and the postcode doesn’t take you to the correct place. If I put the what3words address in delivery notes will driver be able to use it so they can find us?

@VirginAtlantic I used the text service and was told on 6th May that someone from refund dept would be in touch. Haven’t heard a thing since. Any ideas how much longer it could be? As I Need that refund. Should have been flying tomorrow 😔

@WhirlpoolUK I have a replacement booked for delivery on 11th March but no timeframes. Having to get parents to house sit while I am at work. Any indication on poss delivery times?

@WhirlpoolUK I had the email advising of options with machine. No engineer appts available and when select option of replacement it isn't clear if it will be installed and old one taken away?? Any ideas?

@ProCookUK trying to take advantage of the offer I was emailed this morning for the pans with a free knife and delivery but when I click the link only the pans show and when I add the knife it’s adding £26 to the basket. Any ideas as don’t want to miss out

@AmazonHelp was sent a kindle before Xmas and am trying to set it up. It won’t let me log into my amazon account. Have updated software and am stumped. Can you help?

@AmazonHelp It was a gift from a secret Santa as it was randomly delivered before Xmas. It says internal error when I try to log into my amazon account.
