@iD_Mobile_UK had no phone service for a week now, had no updates so went to live chat to ask and their resolution was to cancel my contract without my consent. Not even instructions on what to do with the phone now either!! Absolute joke.

@BensonsForBeds absolutely awful customer experience. We were sold a mattress that doesn’t fit our sons cabin bed and now can’t get a refund! Not fit for purpose and left £220 out of pocket with nowhere for him to sleep in our new home! Will never shop with you again 😡
