Personally had to call the amazing @HudumaKenya and @NRBKitambulisho who confirmed ID issued & passed to MFA on 02nd Oct 2023. Provided all such details to @KenyaMissionUK yet no response to my many contact attempts. Hopefully @ForeignOfficeKE can investigate & revert.

A huge shout out to @NRBKitambulisho. Been chasing for my ID application from the UK for months to no avail. Ann managed to provide all details and confirmation of ID issued within a few minutes. The staff are simply awesome!

@KenyaMissionUK states 8 weeks for ID application. 19 weeks on yet they cannot confirm receipt. Asked me to chase @HudumaKenya myself who confirmed on 05 Oct that it was printed should be ready for collect at (KHC). No updates! 😭@NRBKitambulisho @JuliusKBitok @KindikiKithure
